Our conference manager can help you select from a variety of room designs specifically created and equipped to complement groups of 5 to 400. All of the rooms are designed for maximum functionality, comfort and effectiveness. Room layouts and furnishings can be arranged to set the stage for major presentations, large group discussions, individual break-out sessions and more.

Take a break in one of our spacious and comfortable lounges or on our outdoor courtyard. We also offer half-day meetings with or without meals plus all the amenities that you would expect in a world-class meeting and training environment.

  1. Classroom - Laura B. Frick Room 110

    Capacity: 30 to 35; dimensions: 38' X 21'

    Large seminar room that can each accommodate groups up to 35.  This room is set classroom style and is best used for presentational style meetings.  All the seminar rooms are furnished with Herman Miller’s award-winning Aeron chairs – guaranteed to keep participants sitting in comfort.  Cable channels in the tables keep cord clutter from laptops out of the way.

  2. Executive Board Room - Garrett Room 115

    Capacity: 14; dimensions: 31' x 22'

    When a regular meeting room won’t do, our executive board room provides an elegantly appointed environment for as many as 14.  

    Features beautiful cherry tables, executive webb chairs, state of the art sound system, 80" flat screen presentation monitor with wireless controls and wireless sharing.  

     

  3. Larger Group Room - Smucker Room 116

    Capacity: 32; dimensions: 38' x 21'

    The Smucker Room is a flexible room for groups.  Hollow square for interactive presentations, pods for teamwork or small group discussion, or classroom for presentations.

    Herman Miller's Aeron chair gives your attendees the most comfortable seat in the house.  This room has a ceiling mounted LCD projector and triple-layer whiteboards.

  4. Larger Group Room - Yenne Room 159

    Capacity:  16 to 23; dimensions: 24' x 21'

    The Yenne Room is a flexible room for groups upto 23.  Hollow square for interactive presentations, pods for teamwork or small group discussion, or classroom for presentations.

    Herman Miller's Aeron chair gives your attendees the most comfortable seat in the house.  

    This room features a ceiling mounted LCD projector and triple-layer whiteboards.

  5. Small Conference Rooms - Mary Basford Room 104, Continental Room 120, Buehler Room 122, Seaman Room 148, Andersons Room 154

     

    Capacity: 6 to 20
    Room Dimensions: 24' X 21'

    Shisler Conference Center’s small conference rooms are suitable for groups ranging in size from 6 to 20. These rooms are furnished with reconfigurable task tables. Tables in all rooms have cable channels to keep cord clutter out of the way. Conference rooms are furnished with Herman Miller’s award-winning Aeron chairs fully adjustable so you can keep your mind on the meeting instead of the seating.  The Seaman and Anderson Rooms are equipped with ceiling-mounted LCD projectors.  All rooms have triple-layer whiteboards.

  6. The Arden Ballroom; Large Conference Hall Rooms 130A, B, and C

    Capacity:  Classroom 240; banquet 320; reception 800;  dimensions:  48' x 100'

    Our spacious, tastefully appointed conference hall has 5,000 square feet of meeting space and can be divided into three sections for smaller gatherings. With a ceiling height of 17 feet, laser projectors and large drop-down screens in each section, the room is ideal for large meetings, conferences or social events.  Direct access to the loading dock provides easy set up of displays and exhibits. The room can seat up to 500 theatre style or up to 320 at round tables of 10 and king tables of 12. Thanks to our fine catering partners, our guests enjoy a wide range of cuisines.

    A relaxing outdoor setting for team building, breaks, meals, cook-outs, even wedding ceremonies!

     

     

     

  8. The Wilson Lobby

    A pleasant gathering space, this area is adjacent to the courtyard, and can seat up to 40 persons for lunch.  Connected to the courtyard and main lobby, this is the perfect locatoin for standing and seated receptions of 200+ guests.  

     

  9. Will-Burt Room 150

    Capacity: 10 to 14; dimensions 24' x 21'

    This room is outfitted with comfy furniture for informal group discussions, one on ones, interviews, or to use as a green room or conference office.
